Sale of Bredius has recently started.
You can register for the homes of your preference via the Register button. If a home is available, we will contact you. For homes that have been reserved, you will automatically be placed on the reserve list.
When the home is allocated, the financial feasibility is taken into account. Candidates who want to buy a parking space have priority over candidates who do not want to buy a parking space.
Upon allocation, we request a financial check from a recognized financial advisor. This person can make a financial check based on the purchase price of the house and parking space and the ground rent/purchase of the leasehold.
No, this only applies to the rental apartments.
It is recommended to use the V.O.N. prices and leasehold prices, request a feasibility statement from your financial advisor and upload it with your registration. If you do not need financing, we advise you to upload proof that the purchase is financially feasible. However, you are not obliged to do anything.
De Kredieter is aware of this project. They are familiar with all amounts and timelines of the project at the final start of the sale. Based on your financial situation, they can estimate whether a possible purchase is feasible or not. An initial exploratory meeting is without obligation. Of course, you are always free to engage your own financial advisor or bank.
